"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. "I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND.
