"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. "I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT EXIXTS A POOL. THE RESIDENCE IS ANOTHER NAME WHICH MISLEADS PEOPLE. I WAS 5 HOURS LOOKING FOR THE PLACE. IT IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. NOTHING AROUND. PEOPLE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE DO NOT ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS. SO, I WAS LIKE BEING IN A PRISON. THIS IS NOT MAGIC SUITE ALSHAEB, IT IS LA RESIDENCE. "The pool was empty and the staff said it was full and ok to use which was not the case There were no towels in the room nor any toiletries I had to ask for a towel and they gave me only one but not any toiletries The bathroom had a leaked and the staff were rude with bad attitudes and would rather play on their phones I would not recommend staying but with a little care and some maintenance and some helpful staff there would be a massive improvement "
