"Really friendly guest house! Everything you need for a budget holiday. We had a great time there , AC and fan in the sleeping room and great breakfast. 2 or 3 minutes walking to Mirissa beach . Nice cooking lesson and lots of smiles everyday. "

"We loved our stay at Village Star Rest! The owners are such a wonderful family and are so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! "

"Everything was perfect, really good location, pool is dope, staff is very friendly too!"

"Everything was great! Check in was really, which is a nice bonus. The hotel was close to everything (the beach, the town centre, restaurants) without being on the main busy road. And a great price for what you get. The shower was finicky though - super hot and we couldn't figure out how to change the temp."

"beautiful location with well kept grounds and friendly staff all around "

"Beautiful property, very clean , kind staff and very convenient restaurant attached"

"Nice small hotel, and very helpful and kind staff. Good location near beach and the main road, while still quiet. Good breakfast."

"Really loved the staff. The hotel is in a great location. Private access to beach. Bueatiful scenery. The only thing that I did not like about this hotel is that the beds are unfortunately hard as a rock. I loved that they had netflix though!"

"Great location, a few minutes from Mirissa beach and next to loads of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is very safe while the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Amazing service and breakfast. Great location."

"I loved my stay here. Clean comfortable room, the bed was great and plenty of hot water The location is perfect. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk in one direction and the main road with everything you could ever want for food is a quick 3 minute walk in the other direction The best part about this hotel is the owner Sajeewani, she is the most kind and sincere person ever. She honestly welcomes you as if you're part of her family. The included breakfast is amazing and you're guaranteed...

"Very nice property that was close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool was amazing and we would definitely stay again."
