Food at the hotel was wonderful.

Wonderful trip everything everyday everybody :) The staff at Iberostar have been exceptional and we want to make a special mention to Mayra at the Sunset bar and Fabian at special events for just being awesome human beings! Thank you Stephanie, Brad, Ronan and Paolina

It’s a nice place to relax. One down fall is the people trying to sell you a membership or timeshare are very annoying. I got asked like 5 times a day.

I liked how we where left alone. If we asked for help staff was at the ready. The property advised 5 restaurants only 2 where open. Both had the same menu. We had to leav the property to find lobster and shrimp. We planned this trip to hopefully get are fill on sea food. Both restaurants served tacos, mexican rise, beans, and other Mexican traditional food. Im Mexican and have no problem with the food. However it wasn't what is was expecting

Th check in was awful. The front desk greeted us with upgrades and representations that all inclusive package purchased with Expedia came with bottom self liquor; not as advertised. After a long day of travel this was unexpected and made for a miserable welcome. We were also not properly shown to our room since we did not want the upgrade or vacation club presentation. The property was also under construction and this was not posted when picking a hotel on Expedia & this impacted the noise & views. Once we made it to the room, the remainder of the stay was very good as the food and service were fantastic but the negatives impacted the entire trip
