"We were denied the stay at hotel when we went to check in at the middle of the night saying that they got the call from Expedia to cancel my booking, worst experience We had to go around the area to Check availability in surroundings Called Expedia help desk, and the rep said all he can do is “refund the amount” as a favor. Will never book any time at this hotel It was the most awful experience "

"The front desk gentlemen was truly a blessing in disguise. He was so sweet. Little did he know that I needed this little staycation and just as positivity and generosity made my night a lot more special. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out. But I’m sure hard rock can find that out."

"The room was beautiful and very clean, specious, and bed was super comfortable. The only issue was that the air conditioner was so loud we had to wear earplugs to sleep. There isn't a shuttle to the airport but there is a shuttle that takes you to the casino which was more important to us. The breakfast spread was impressive with a ton of options, very impressed! The property also smells amazing. Would definitely stay here again if they fix the loud air conditioner in the room."

"Ways to stay here a couple months back and this time the room was dirty the wall had stains there is nothing to use in the kitchen only I think a Old Dutch oven and an old frying pan luckily we got the biggest room in the house which is the city studio and you have your own private bathroom but it is hot during the day there's no insulation this used to be a little quiet spot for me and my fiance to go to me one of you have a long time but I think this might be the last time we stay here"

"It's the most terrible experience for me ever! Hardware conditions, amenities, services... everything was terrible! No blankets, no cups for brushing(even most common disposable ones), no room phone (you had to talk with front desk in person).... Almost nothing! Things on site were in bad/wrong conditions, lamps, toilet, bath tub...Most terrible thing was that they charged so-called Safety Deposit $100, which never be mentioned on booking requirements, especially the Deposit has not been returned to me yet by now(nearly10 days since check-out), and no response to my asking for.
