This centrally located, family-friendly, eclectically decorated beach front condo is a perfect relaxing getaway to enjoy breathtaking emerald coast waters and white sandy beaches.

This condo can sleep up to 6 guests and has 2BR, 2BA, located in the gulf view end of Ciboney condominiums with a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful gulf, on Scenic Gulf Drive, right across the beach. The unit has been tastefully decorated with Shabby chic decor throughout. Living room has a direct view to the gulf, via wall-wall glass doors and a private balcony overlooking the gulf. It has a 70" wall mounted Smart TV besides comfortable seating and sleeper sofa. With the amazing gulf view directly from the master bedroom, with a comfortable California King bed, you can wake up freshened to the beautiful view every morning. Each bedroom features a flatscreen TV, but the chic main bedroom also features a desk workspace, private entrance to the balcony, and a private en suite bathroom. You can enjoy the gulf view from almost all parts of the condominium, even while preparing a delicious meal in the fully stacked kitchen.

Guests of this condo will also be able to enjoy access to a shared swimming Pool (Heated seasonally), tennis / Pickle ball court, ample outdoor area for enjoying games, playing, outdoor barbecue and picnic area to enjoy with family, outdoor shower, spacious parking for up to two vehicles during the stay. Imagine beginning your day with cup of coffee on spacious balcony overlooking deep blue water and sound of waves, the day amidst water activities on the beach right across, enjoying a scrumptious meal in one of many nearby beach side restaurants and ending the day with a drink watching gorgeous sunset over gulf from balcony.

The miramar beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive and short walk to Pompano Joes. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just four-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just under four-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two-and-a-half miles from this condo.

I traveled from IN to FL with my 3 kiddos for the week. The stay was amazing, location was fantastic with a 9, 7, and very slow at times 5 year old we were able to walk to the beach in 1 minute and 30 seconds! The owners are the nicest people as I had to call them for a question. They were so quick to answer and even offered to facetime me at the condo to make sure I was doing something correctly with one of the appliances. The pictures do not do the property justice, everything is even nicer than the pictures show! The primary bedroom bed is a king size and it is so comfortable! I know this isn't major but I cooked every meal at the condo and the pots and pans provided are awesome. I loved them so much when my personal pots and pans need replace I want to use the brand to owners have at the condo! Don't think twice about staying at this residence, it is amazing, the owners are fantastic, and everything is so safe and so clean! We were so lucky to find it and will always want to stay here when traveling to Marimar!

We loved our time in this condo. Everything was amazing. Check in is super easy, it was very clean and exactly as pictured, beds were super cozy, the private beach entrance was so convenient and a nice perk, and the location close to many great things was perfect. We will definitely rent this condo again.
