"We've stayed at The Island multiple times and while the rooms aren't that nice, the amenities usually more than make up for it. This time however, rooms need updating and the WORST part was we had MULTIPLE bugs in our room, like 7 or 8, and one was a GIANT cockroach! I think next time we come back ..."
