She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"Parking was very expensive and annoying It was chaotic to drop off for valet and even for simple overnight parking on your own. The parking and valet prices insane! No microwave or refrigerator in room so inconvenient I purchased water from target and kept ice in room to prevent from going to 13th floor for a cold beverage. Room extremely dark, minimal light jus never will pay that kind of money for a shotty experience AGAIN, I actually would like half of my money back for the sake of the bafoonery"
