Wyndham Bloomington - Mall of America
Late check in, first set of key cards didn't work, not enough towels in your room, hot tub still not working after 6+ months, no breakfast as advertised, no towels in the pool area, you have to pay for parking.

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!
