The staff people were kind and had a good vibe. I got along with them. I disliked the fact that I had to go park elsewhere, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Parking was very confusing. It took a lot of extra time to try to coordinate. Then it seems almost impossible to get out of the garage where we finally parked. Now we’re faced with moving our car by 5 am-then I’m guessing another day’s charge? Ridiculous and inconvenient enough that you’ll pay Tru’s exorbitant $47-57 valet charge.
