Charming quaint studio on 3rd floor w/- private entry. A comfy queen bed, sofa & 2 bunk beds make it an ideal space for couples & families. In historic MacGroveland, we are right next to Mcalester college & an easy walk to Grand Ave coffee shops & restaurants. Skylights enhance the character of this renovated space, complete w/- its own fireplace. Note: there are three flights of stairs to climb (8-10 steps each).
