A warm welcome to Everchanging Seasons, a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of Burnsville, designed for relaxation, fun, and memorable stays—no matter the season.

This spacious property features a wrap-around covered porch, a charming backyard cottage with a loft, and a private outdoor oasis complete with a hot tub and a brand-new 4–6 person outdoor barrel electric sauna—perfect for unwinding year-round.

Inside, guests enjoy endless entertainment with a full game haven including Pac-Man, Golden Tee, table tennis, foosball, electric darts, Pop-A-Shot, giant Jenga, and cornhole. Enjoy entertainment on seven HD Smart TVs, available throughout the property.

The themed bedrooms—Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring, and Autumn—offer a fun and unique stay, each outfitted with premium mattresses, luxury bedding, and fully protected linens to ensure comfort and cleanliness. The main home offers three cozy living areas, while the detached cottage provides its own entertainment space with a loft, TV, dartboard, and games.

Nothing short of amazing!

This house was perfect. It was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Had all the amenities the description lists and all were top notch. The beds were super comfortable and there was lots of space to spread out. As we left we tried to think of another reason to come back to town just to stay again! It was perfect!

This was a wonderful place. Place was loaded with amenities and lots to do to spend quality time with the family. Enjoyed playing games, the hot tub, grilling out. Everything is as described!! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Property for Families

Clean, comfortable home with tons of gathering space and games to play. Located on beautiful hiking trail in a quiet neighborhood. Outstanding backyard with fire pit, bar, grill and game cabin. Lots of fun things to keep both kids and adults entertained.

Spacious Taste

I would very much recommend this property for any family needing upwards of five bedrooms. There is very balanced and diverse space for all ages and the property has added recreational and outdoor activity and interest to keep all either busy or lounging depending on the mood. A great kitchen for family meals.

Family wedding

I booked this property so my family could all be together the week of my sister’s wedding. It proved to be a wonderful gathering place! We loved this house! The rooms were set up beautifully, the kids and adults loved the garage setup and the games and we couldn’t stop admiring the beautiful landscaping. We’ll definitely be back!

Family wedding weekend

This is the perfect home for your next family getaway! It’s in the perfect location, 15-20 minutes from everything. We came in town for a family wedding and had such an amazing experience in MN. The home provided hours of fun and entertainment both in the garage, basement, and beautiful backyard. The owners really thought of everything a family could need!! I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Everchanging Seasons

Our stay at Everchanging Seasons was excellent! The home was beautifully decorated and welcoming. All beds were comfortable, towels especially soft, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was easy to use for our purposes, and the outdoor space was very inviting. Recommend this location for families, small professional meetings, and friend reunions. Within 20-30 minutes of the airport and downtown Minneapolis. Hosts were very accommodating and want to be sure that people enjoy their stay. Would definitely return for a similar use in the future, and we would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect stay for a family weekend getaway

The house has more than we could have wanted for a weekend getaway. I rented this house as a surprise for my wife's 30th birthday, and we had family and friends fly and drive in for a beautiful outdoor party. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, provided more than enough room for food prep and meals; the games in the basement and the games in the garage were fun and surprising; the backyard was beautifully decorated with countless fun details that provided hours of entertainment for my daughter (she loved the bluejay and flamingo, especially); the location was great with the walking path and nearby park; there were enough comfortable rooms for all of our guests (not to mention the couches were all comfortable and wouldve been great to sleep on as well)... I could go on, but the truth is that this house has so many amenities we didn't even have enough time to enjoy them all! The arcade games, the hot tub, the backyard cottage, and more. This was the perfect stay!

Was a perfect place to stay for our long wedding weekend. The home had so many fun places to hang out, both inside and out, we never felt like we were all in each other's space. Our adult kids and us had a fun time playing ping-pong and Jenga. We would stay here again.

This house was so delightful. Decorated with cozy blakets and pillows, there was always a nice place to sit and chat. Beds were super comfortable. Great experience. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Beds are the best. Landscaping is like a well groomed golf course and Disneyland combined. Couldn’t use it all because we were on business trip. Had a small gathering around the fire with colleagues and had everything we needed to make it a special 3 days.

The perfect place to host our big group of friends from all around the Midwest and our annual Renaissance Festival reunion! The house is immaculate but also so comfy, with more seating room than we could even use. The backyard is so gorgeous, I wish we could’ve stayed even longer to enjoy it. Host was quick to respond and had everything we could need! We’ll be back next year I’m sure!
