Bring your family and friends to a great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. It's peaceful and quiet with no noise like construction or music being heard from cars passing by.
The birds are singing beautifully every morning and the sun is shining with glare. Wonderful patio with lounge chairs and gas grill, Backyard with trampoline, as well as a pool& firepit. I live in the basement, but keep to myself after work. Only 1 SMALL PET ALLOWED/DUE TO ALLERGIES AND ASTHMA.
NO LARGE PARTIES ONLY SMALL EVENTS ARE WELCOMED / NO SMOKING INSIDE MY HOME. If you need anything or have any questions don't hesitate to contact me or my co host.

Wasn't what we were expecting
Everything on the listing was partially accurate. Check-in directions need some work and there are a few things not listed. First, the owner is staying in the basement while you stay in the upstairs. It was a bit uncomfortable as it seemed as though she would still be using the kitchen during the stay. Second, although the sleeping arrangements were listed correctly, the second double bed was actually an air mattres on the floor. As we had booked the place for us and our friends to stay the night. It served its purpose, but made us all a bit uncomfortable as it felt like were intruding on her living space. seemedasauncomfortable

Property wasn't ready when promised (3pm .. ready at 6pm) and owner did not adjust the fee accordingly. Inside temp was hot when we arrived although the AC did eventually cool the place (took 3 hrs). Refrig freezer was full so wan't any space for our items. Owner food was also in refrig. Didn't see washer, hot tub, or gym. Pool was empty when we arrived although it was being filled when we left. Ceiling fan was disgusting. Owner lives downstairs.
