Welcome to the Horace House on the Hill. Right off of highway 94 in the heart of Maple Grove. This lovely home is exactly what you need! Enjoy every Minneapolis has to offer in this centrally located home! It is conveniently close to all of the shops and restaurants in Maple Grove.

The space
You will have access to the entire lower half of the duplex. Walk into the cozy living room and relax on the comty furniture. Cook your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then have a family dinner in the dining room.

Both bedrooms are accessible without going up any stairs. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed with a memory foam mattress to catch up on sleep.
The second bedroom has a twin bed with two nightstands with phone charging capabilities. Extra sleeping space can be arranged in the main living room downstairs.

Clean, in a quiet neighborhood, easy. Access to the twin Cities, and a very accommodating host. We highly recommend this host and property.

Great home and location

Home was exactly as advertised and Delvin was always available for questions and answers. Had great suggestions for local restaurants. When we come back to Minnesota, this place will definitely be on our radar.

Horace House

Owners were fabulous. They assisted quickly when needed. The upstairs guests were way to loud overnight. But they took care of that as well .

Hello this place was supper clean which was great. But I would not recommend this place to anyone because there was mode in the house on the ceiling, the smoke alarm was going off , there was not enough extra sheets and blankets and towels for 2 weeks stay. And also was the grass was not been taking care of. The host started off nice and then her husband came twice once for alrm and once for door but it took a long time to come fix it. And also he did not address the bugs or mode during my stay and now am getting charged for smoke when no one was smoking in there it was other people before us in her unit and also me and my husband was using there candle and we had to buy our smell good once she out. And there is nothing walking distance.

We did not stay at this property. The house was filthy. Black mold on the ceiling...bugs all over. Garbage in the driveway. The lawn was not taken care of. The air conditioning did not work. There were no linens available for use. I was unable to open closet in smaller bedroom. Bathroom door was kicked in. Rugs did not allow for us to open the door to the house or the bathroom doorl
