Overall, we had a good experience. Location is great. Beds were comfortable. The place could have used a bit of a deep cleaning, especially the floors. The outside area was fine but lots of spider webs. The main area needs more seating. We are a family of 4, with two younger kids, and we felt a bit cramped. Communication with the host was good and he responded quickly to any messages we sent.

Great home and Location

We rented this home for our family of 8 for a family wedding. It was perfect for our family. Lots of space, perfect location within walking distance to downtown Wayzata, very clean, comfortable beds, great and prompt communication from Frederick. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Frederick for helping make our time in Wayzata so wonderful.

Great home and location in Wayzata

The house was exactly as described. Open floor plan and large kitchen were perfect for our family of 5 to hang out in. Location is perfect to visit restaurants in Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Wonderful Wyzata home

The house is walking distance to downtown Wyzata with all its wonderful restaurants and shops. The home is clean, spacious and modern. Frederick was a great manager always responding fast to our needs.

Perfect accommodations

This property was exactly as advertised. A long walk or a very short car ride to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Grocery store and Walgreens also within walking distance. Highly recommend this place. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great Rental Home Close to Downtown Wayzata!

This home still feels new and is exceptionally clean and wide open with a great floor plan to comfortably accommodate a number of people. It is located very close to downtown Wayzata where you can enjoy beautiful Lake Minnetonka and all the fun shops and restaurants. The owner was very pleasant to work with as well.

Beautiful home & fantastic location

I would have expected the outdoor furniture to be cleaner- we had to wipe off the table and dust a lot of cobwebs off of all the furniture. Also, the listing mentioned there was a grill- there was not a grill other than the fire pit, so we were a bit dissapointed in that. Also- the host was extremely friendly, however I did find the check in process strange and a bit outdated- usually most locations just have lock boxes and you do not see the owner. Not that it was a bad experience, just un expected. I would recommend to use a lock box and not a key system, since we had to coordinate who had the keys when we left. Other than these minor things, we really enjoyed the aesthetics of the home, and the location. The owner is super friendly as well which was nice.

Great find in Wayzata

The house was even better than the pictures, and it was immaculate. Location is terrific - every morning my baby and I would walk to one of many bagel or bakeries within a few minutes walk, and in the afternoons my big kids and I would walk to the beach and to get ice cream. Highly recommend!
