We wasn’t able to check in until after they have cleaned all the rooms. Our first room and 110 was dirty and the bedspread was torn. The TV did not work. The wires were coming out of the wall and TV. Also the toilet tissue holder in the bathroom was broke off. The toilet did not flush properly. The young man that was Working the Front desk, Ron is his name, He was the only one there and there were people kept coming in and coming in. We had to wait and when they finally moved us and we got in our room and settled must’ve been about 730 that evening. Then when we got up to that room, there was no remote for the TV, That was a big stain in the carpet, Also, the water in the bathroom tub was dripping. We learned that we had to put our name on the list at the front desk to get our room service on Saturday. We put our name on the list for Saturday for our room to be clean, The new room was 310 And you had to give them a 24 hour notice., But when we return about 6 o’clock on Sunday evening, we noticed that the room was not serviced and we asked them to have a refrigerator replace because it wasn’t working. So no, this was A nightmare. No, I would not stay there again. If I had a choice, Just horrible. And they had to nerve to ask for a $100 deposit. Oh, The phones Worked in either room. Everything was just bad.
