i didnt think i would like the parking, but it was great. parking ramp an an insideskyway directlybto the hitel. dud not seem like it was "offsite" at all. Housekeeping is ever other day, and although i asked for it, i guess that wasnt an option, could have used more towels. there are a lot of homeless in the area so key is required for entrance, however using the parkingbfacility insulates from encounters. Felt very safe.

It was very convenient location for us ….as we were attending baseball and basketball games during our stay. The accommodations were also very nice. The person at the front desk was going above and beyond for the gentleman ahead of us at check in and offered him like 8 bottles of water and asked if there was anything at all he could do for him like 20 times and then when it was our turn he never asked us if we wanted anything and no water offered at all. I’m guessing it was someone important so no big deal I guess. He could have been a little more professional though

A walking distance to the Hennepin Theater and great restaurants. Clean and very friendly staff. They don’t have parking but hotel sends an email in advanced recommending the Hawthorne Transportation Center because it is connected to the hotel via skybridge. I parked my car there overnight, only one nigh without knowing that I had to pay $50 for the parking, only for one night! Unbelievable. This is not New York or Boston. I’m sure there is public parking around with a fair fee. If the hotel is going to recommend that parking place, they should tell you how much is overnight. 😖.
