"Not a clean or friendly hotel at all, pool area looks like it's falling apart. Rooms were gross, two of our towels had holes in them. Staff did NOT want to be there, barley got two words out of them. "

"I got the King bedroom. I liked that there was a separate seating area. The room was clean but could use some improvements because the dressers were worn and breaking. For me it fit perfectly because I was only in town for one night specifically for a concert. Parking was not an issue and I felt safe and secure in my room. The pool is under construction but that did not bother me because I was not coming to swim. This may be something a future guest would like to ask about though. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy."

"I’m honestly at a loss for words. Nobody should rent this place in its current condition. The cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. When I first checked in I discovered the sheets had dried blood stains on them along with other bodily fluids that could not be identified. To the host’s credit, they responded quickly and offered to send a cleaner the next day, and ultimately replaced the linens with new sheets.Unfortunately the problems did not stop there. A few days later I grabbed a “clean” towel after a shower and discovered brown stains on several of the towels. That’s when I realized the towel I had already been using throughout the week was also dirty. Several towels had long black hairs embedded in the fibers, suggesting they had not been properly washed. When I raised the issue, the owner insisted they had proof the linens and towels are washed between guests, but that was not reflected in what I experienced.The kitchen also appeared poorly cleaned. Dishes, utensils and the blender had visible grease on them, and there was no dish soap in the property. Several knives in the butcher block were damaged with pieces missing from the blades.Even after the cleaner returned, the floors were still sticky and visibly dirty. Overall a very disappointing stay."
