We were stranded with no accommodation. Finally gound someting at double the cost. If we had cacelled on the day, we would have lost our refund as well. "We had an excellent stay at the property with three families (6 adults, 5 children) with room to spare. We were in town for the Rugby World Cup and the property provided an excellent base from which to explore Toulouse (20-25m by car, also easily accessible via Uber or taxi).
