"Room was spacious and clean. Only drawback is there was no coffee facilities or fridge and nowhere within hotel to get drinks during the day until the bar Liebe opened. "

"Ski bus stopped just over the road which was very useful. Kids playroom was a nice touch, our three year old spent a lot of time there. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, a great selection. My only suggestion for improvement here would be to have breakfast start half an hour earlier. Ski storage room was also very useful. Rooms were maybe slightly dated but given that nothing really came close to the price of this, can't really complain. Overall a great stay at tremendous value "

Checking in and out is fairly detailed with a series of steps that must be completed, but didn't seem too challenging. "
