"As a party of seven, six of us have never been to New York. This hotel was amazing. Close to Times Square the Broadway Shows, shopping, and a 10 minute walk to Carnegie Hall. The staff from the beginning to the end of our stay were friendly and inviting. The Bar on site had good drinks and very delicious menu items.The rooms are clean and serviced daily, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel even accommodated us to have connecting rooms that way, the little cousins could interact, and that is thanks to Rosa. The lobby is also very inviting and spacious with multiple places to sit and lounge. Thank you Hyatt for making our first trip so comfortable and enjoyable! "

"The location is great if you're looking for something close to Penn Station. It's a benny to have breakfast included. The breakfast selection was adequate. One thing we didn't like in the room was the fact there is no top sheet on the bed, just a duvet. The duvet is most likely not cleaned between guest stays. There's a thermostat in the room and when I told the front desk it wasn't controlling the room temp I was told there was a central control for all the rooms. Why would you put a thermostat in a room that doesn't control anything? Bizarre. Easy access to the subway."
