"Manoir de Conjon is a true gem! The property and manor are absolutely stunning. The host Isabelle is welcoming and just wonderful. She greeted us when we arrived and helped with our luggage, prepared a fabulous breakfast of delicious coffee, breads, pastries, fresh fruit and even made us fresh scrambled eggs from her chickens. Our room was comfortable and quiet. A perfect place to stay to be close enough to all the Normandy tourist spots and also feel like you are away in the French countryside."

"My wife and I (from UK) stayed at the gite for a week in early September 2026. Bearing in mind there are 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and only 2 of us staying, there was plenty of space. The kitchen diner is well equipped and a lovely room with plenty of south (ish) facing light. The pool table was good fun as well. There is plenty of parking.The host was welcoming and the place was clean.The gite does have a quirky layout that was OK for us but may not suit when the gite has its full complement of guests. There is 1 main bathroom (with a shower) off the kitchen. There is a separate WC, again off the kitchen, along with another WC upstairs. The sitting room has 2 sofas that would be a squeeze for 6 people.The thing I didn't particularly like was that the bedrooms do not have any wardrobes or chests of drawers. Instead there is a restricted hanging space and shelf storage on the landing. This was just about OK for the 2 of us, but would be no good for 6 people."

"Charming stay in a beautiful, classical manse in Bayeaux in the Normandy region. Though not in Bayeux town, the location is convenient for a full-day D-Day experience (my reason for visiting). The owner recommended a great place for dinner and provided home-made apricot and red currant confitures, both lovely with croissants and breads."

"Nous avons passés 2 semaines charmantes et reposantes. La maison était propre à notre arrivée (avec en plus un petit cadeau de bienvenu) , rien ne manque pour passer un court ou un long séjour au calme. La piscine chauffée est évidemment un plus pour se rafraichir. Tous commerces à 5 min en voiture. Des hôtes discrets mais disponibles si besoin. Nous recommandons cette location pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent découvrir cette partie de la Normandie (Caen, Bayeux, Arromanches....). Merci à Sophie ! (et à Plume pour ses petits coucou du matin )"
