Good location, especially for the Teranaki Falls walk, but also for Tongoriro Crossing (20 minutes drive to the trail head). The staff was friendly. The room was clean and as-described. The property is a little old/dated. Also, the hot tub is only available 3pm to 8pm and you need to reserve a 30-minute slot (on the plus side you get the hot tub to yourself for the 30 minute slot, and the clean it fully every day).

Only thing is body wash product in the shower, was excited to see the same body wash bottle as I use at home but body wash inside not the genuine product. Please don't try and pass inferior body wash off in a superior bottle this belittles the genuine ...
