"At first I was very disappointed at our room. No towels, no tv remote, refrigerator not working and missing the knob to control temperature, stained furniture, no iron and less than eager front desk staff. We asked for a luggage cart and was told to go to the hotel across the parking lot to get one there. But, we asked for towels (twice) and remote control and got what we needed eventually. But we slept good, comfy bed, nice shower, good toiletries, big room and good price. "

"The hotel has a modern look when you step inside. The rooms are more up to date than other Hilton hotels around which is good. The front desk Gal was pleasant when I checked in and during my stay. The gentlemen was nice. There was a rainstorm so water was leaking through the window. I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the leak and he offered towels cause there wasn’t anything he could. I stayed up late packing since it was my last night I had to leave at 5am. When jumping into bed, I lifted my blanket and found a bed bug crawling. No, I did not sleep in the bed after. got ready so I could leave and "

"This place is a great hotel!! They have a cocktail hour available, and you recieve your first two cocktails on them. The rooms are large and very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you are in Oklahoma City and need a really "Sweet" place to stay, stay at the Embassy Suites you won't be disappointed."
