Private, safe, clean, comfortable!

Great setting, bungalow style duplex units most in one level. Private, safe, clean, comfortable. I’ll definitely come back here for my next visit to the area.

The hotel service is awful. The personnel is rude and despotic. When we arrived the person who was at the desk never looked at us or said hello. The hotel advertised "breakfast included, " yet she said rudely, "there is a continental breakfast, but it has an added cost. You just will get coffee, bread and fruit." The next day the "breakfast" was a piece of Mexican bread, a cup of coffee and A FEW SLICES of a banana and a similar tiny amount of melon. The hotel is deceiving in it's advertising for which they overcharge an awful service. I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again.

En lo particular muy caro para como tienen los cuartos, toallas super percudidas rotas viejas, los baños con los caños abiertos, no te dan ni una frasada para dormir, elevador roto y me dan un segundo piso, un desayuno continental pésimo y en lo particular lo único bueno la atención de las camareras pero todo los artículos que les dan de pésimo pésimo pésimo gusto. Para mí para el costo de la noche muy descuidado los servicios y blancos

Bajo la calidad.

En mis estancias anteriores había sido un muy buen hotel, esta ocasión la cama y almohadas así como la ducha de la habitación fueron deplorables. Mi ultima estancia hace como 8 meses incluía el desayuno completo, esta ocasión solo un poco de papaya, un pan y café. Tal vez fue por cambio de gerencia ya que no esta el gerente anterior.
