食器家電等の設備は整っており、困った事は無く快適に過ごす事が出来たが、部屋の隅にホコリが残っており清潔感を感じられませんでした

食器家電等の設備は整っており、困った事は無く快適に過ごす事が出来たが、部屋の隅にホコリが残っており清潔感を感じられませんでした。その他に、ベッドの枕も不快臭があり、あまり清潔感はありませんでした。自然の中なので割り切らないといけない部分ではあるが、チェックイン時にカーテンレール部分に虫の付着が多く、約10匹以上の生きた虫が室内におり、殺虫剤も無く対処するのに不便を感じ、不快でした。 ホコリと虫への改善をして欲しいと感じました。

ペットと一緒に泊まりました

ペットと一緒に泊まりました。室内も綺麗で、サウナも入れて、とてもよかったです。　来るまでの道も、ナビの通りでなく、ホームページの下に記載があった地図の通りに行ったら、スムーズに行けました。 ただ、山の上なので、携帯が通じない事を知らなくて、ドアのパスワード　スクショしてなかったので、携帯の通じるとこまで、降りないといけませんでした。部屋の中は、Wi-Fiがあるから困らないのですが。困った点は、それぐらいです。 また、機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

全てに感動しました！阿蘇だけど阿蘇じゃないような、一軒貸し切りみたいだけど、非日常的で、とても楽しい一泊２日でした！ ペットも一緒に行けたのでみんな幸せでした！ アメニティや調理器具、備品などもほとんど揃ってて荷物も少なくて助かりました。 ただ場所がすごい入りくんだ所で、少し迷いました。 でもまた必ずいきたいです！
