"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel....

"チェックイン時にスタッフ不在。 連絡先が書いてあるものの繋がらない。 ネットで検索して系列の宿(？)に電話が繋がる。今から行きますと言われたので、待ったけど来ない。 1時間経っても来ないので痺れを切らして再度電話。「今向かうと言ってたんですけど…もう一回連絡してみます」と言われ…どれだけ待ったか覚えていませんが、やっと来た。 「倉庫で作業していてー連絡繋がらなかったみたいでー」 寒い玄関で震えながら待ちました。 先にご飯を済ませておいて良かった… どんな安い宿でももう少しまともな対応してくださります。 こんなこと初めてでした。"
