今回泊まった部屋の下の階の機械音が気になって眠れないので、フロントに電話したところ　スタッフの方が部屋まで確認に来てくれてすぐに対応してくれました。 おかげでぐっすり眠れました。 明朝の会計時も別のフロントの方でしたがお詫びの言葉をいただいたり、レストランスタッフの方からいつもありがとうございますとお声かけしていただいたり、気遣いが嬉しかったです。 お料理が美味しいのはもちろんですがアルコー ル飲み放題も魅力的です。 また、絶対来たいと思わせてくれるホテルだと思います。いつもありがとうございます。

部屋と大浴場は清潔で良いと思います。 ただし食事はかもなく、不可もなくで特別おいしいとは思いませんでした。 自販機コーナーで飲み物を買おうとしましたが、つまみになるものはなく、結局近くのコンビニで購入することになりました。 もっと品揃えを考えた方が良いと思います。 スタッフの教育ももう一度見直したほうが良いと思います。

施設はそれほど新しくはないですが、 それを上回るスッタッフの対応が素晴らしいです👍 顧客が必要な時に若しくは呼ばれるまでプライベートに干渉しないなど良い取り組みだと思います。 特筆すべきは食事で大変満足でした！ 私はこの価格で、ここ迄の美味しさ&付随したサービスを提供された宿は初めてです。 目の前が海でライフセーバーも確認出来ました。 家族連れの方にもお勧め出来る良い宿だとお勧めします。
