"I loved the fact that it was inside the shin-Osaka station, so I didn’t have to leave the building to travel around. The hotel was super tiny, expected of Japan hotel rooms, but it had everything I needed, except a body cream. PS- If you book rooms that connect, the rooms are on the floor where they all have the same view: AC units. Don’t expect any other views."

"The hotel location was excellent. Super close from subway station and close to JR train station. There is a convenience store on 1st floor and they will let you take their shopping basket to your hotel room instead of buying a plastic bag. The hotel amenities were great, shaving razor was excellent.. but I did not like tooth brush. It was very flimsy and tooth paste did not make me feel clean. The room was great and clean. Air conditioning works great. They will give you fresh towels every day even you did not ask for cleaning your room. I used laundry facility, and you can check the progress of your laundry on the TV in the room. So it was nice. When I checked in around 3:30pm, the front desk was not quite helpful when I was struggling to use self check in. I wish he just checked me in . I would definitely use this hotel again I. The future trip. I would recommend"

Hotel Abest Grande Takatsuki

"The room was very nice. The bathroom was excellent, with its own standing shower, separate. The only downside I could find and that was very hard to do was the there's no hook to hang the towel on the bathroom, and the towels are very, very small. You can hardly wrap them around you but I couldn't find anything else wrong with a hotel that was beautiful. Very close to the train as well. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in that area."

"I've stayed here previously and really enjoy the helpfulness of the staff and eating the breakfast. The location is near Shin Osaka station, but also distant enough that it's quiet, especially in the Annex. As it exits the East side of the station, there is also an elevator exit, which helps for heavy luggage and disability. The rooms are also quite spacious for the price, so it's easy to reorganize luggage and spread out during longer trips. That said, the beds/pillows aren't the most comfortable in comparison to other hotels."

"とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々も感じが良く親切でした。ただ、ウォーターサーバーからの水を入れる用に推奨されていた木のタンブラーだけは苦手でした。（独特の匂いがあるため）グラスかマグカップに入れた方が良いですね。場所も駅近で周りにお店もいっぱいあって交通も便利なので、また利用させていただきたいです。"

"Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates."
