Nice chalet surrounded by greenery located on the south side of Mimizan, residential area. 400 meters from the sea in the center of the forest, current shops and cycle paths, covered terrace, private enclosed garden of 150 m2. Car not essential.

Einfach geht auch besser

Die Möblierung müsste dringend erneuert werden. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Lieblos, z. B. Gardinen waren nicht richtig angebracht.Das Haus hatte einen muffigen Geruch. Garten war nicht hundesicher eingemacht.

Urlaub mit Hunden

Wir haben für uns und unsere großen Hunde eine Unterkunft mit Garten und pflegeleichter Einrichtung gesucht. Dieses Objekt hat es voll getroffen. Bei dem teilweise sehr warmen Wetter war es auch gut, daß das Grundstück gut beschattet war. Die überdachte Terrasse wäre auch bei Regen ein Segen gewesen. Mann muß allerdings wissen, daß die Unterkunft ein sehr einfaches Holzhaus ist und wer auf großen Komfort Wert legt vielleicht am falschen Ort ist.

Petit séjour fort agréable

Location très bien située, à 400 m de l'océan dans petite rue paisible et boisée. Des propriétaires très cool. Les chiens sont les bienvenus.

Présence d'un immeuble en vis à vis. Manque d'intimité et voisin de l'immeuble très brillants, Dommage car annonce disait sans vis à vis et calme.

Bien placée, agréable, calme. Besoin de faire un effort sur le ménage. Les dessus de matelas sont à changer. Les dessus de lits sont à changer (très usés surtout dans le lit double)

Le Bungalow des vacances cool

Location au confort simple mais suffisant. Hormis pour le réfrigérateur (modèle top) qui est bien trop petit pour une famille de 4 pers. La douche et les toilettes sont étroites et ne permettront pas l'accès aux personnes de forte corpulence. Situation très agréable et calme. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé donc pas de problème pour les animaux. À 450 m de la plage des mouettes. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et remédient rapidement s'il y a un souci fonctionnel. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
