Didn't like the potato centerpiece found in the room gross had them spray my room when we left for the softball game. Next time I say I will request not staying on the first floor very noisy

The bed was very comfortable and the room was always clean. I was there for three nights for work, and the water was lukewarm, which was unpleasant. There was also very little water pressure in the shower.

Despite booking a suite months in advance that was to have a sleeper sofa in addition to 2 beds, our family of 5 was given a standard room that only had 2 beds. Also, the sink was fully backed up and we couldn’t even wash our hands. Brushing teeth out of a cup and spitting into a toilet was the highlight of our trip, even after maintenance came and “fixed” the issue. Of course, they didn’t have any rooms available to accommodate their “mistake” of selling our booked room for a higher rate. The noise level from the exterior was insanely loud, every time a car drove by it sounded like a street race. Noise from above level of someone just simply walking was also a big annoyance. Upon checkout, I stood at the front counter for a good 3 minutes while the front desk girl sat off to the side scrolling on her cell phone. She then complained the entire time of having to do her job. I’ve stayed at several downtown Milwaukee hotels in the past and this was hands down the worst.

Very clean, great breakfast but parking is terrible. Not included with your room..and you have to pay hourly…should be disclosed when you are booking the room.

Very friendly staff. Only issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper and it took a couple hours to get more.... not good with 4 woman in the room. But overall this was a great hotel.

Friendly staff, nice quiet area. Fast check-in and easy checkout with the option to do so from your television. Parking out front of the building and a parking garage that sat across the corner traffic light.

Quick overnight stay with two young children. Location was central to everything on our itinerary. Room was spacious and new. Street parking was doable.

The hotel was very clean from the communal areas to the rooms. I want to give an extra kudos to the sweet person in charge of breakfast. Not only was she on top of the food and cleaning, she also took the time to have sweet conversations with multiple kids at breakfast that were extra chatty. Even when she was trying to clean up, she was asking them questions and talking with them. She was beyond kind!

Nice hotel. Clean. Good location for downtown restaurants and concert venues, and close to the Marquette campus. It's near a few other hotels right off the expressway, so it's a convenient location.

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. Not a huge deal but when we got back to the hotel it was late a little after 2 am i went in to find a valet person, then was told he would find somebody we waited 10 minutes outside and the valet was nowhere to be found so we just parked in the parking garage across the street. no big deal we had a close parking. other than that small problem eveything was great.

The hotel was very clean & the staff was very attentive & approachable. The front desk worker named Maano was super friendly & very helpful!!! She let us know how everything worked @ the hotel for our stay & she even called up to the room to let us know that our car was received by valet

Alarm clock wouldn’t stop beeping and we couldn’t unplug it or take out batteries. Fire alarm wouldn’t stop flashing lights. Not a very good lock on door and thin walls so we could hear everything in the hallway and surrounding rooms.

We loved the parking valet service offered by the hotel. So much easier and one less thing to worry about. The facilities were so clean and felt very homelike. The breakfast gave us many delicious options; a great start to our day! The only negative for me was the master control switch in the room, which I found out also controlled the USB ports, so my phone didn't charge overnight when the master switch was turned off. Despite the one negative, I will definitely come back again!!
