Luxury East Side Studio Apt Near Brady St with Balcony

The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it is relatively compact in size and does not have a pull-out bed.

24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), additional desk nook next to Murphy bed, private balcony, and in-unit laundry

Location:
- 2 blocks to Brady St
- 5 minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary's hospital
- Walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. For more info, search online for "Milwaukee night parking permission" and choose the first result
- If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee will be assessed)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge per item for unreturned key/access device
* We reserve the right to end stays without refund if House Rules are violated

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

Great location-parking was difficult

The place was nice, not the cleanest but not awful. The location is definitely close to a bunch of places to enjoy, such as bars restaurants and Lake Michigan. The parking was not great. I contacted the city to park overnight as suggested yet during the day you have to move your vehicle every 2hours. Had to pay $50 in parking tickets to figure that out.
