10/10 Excellent

"Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience."

"This hotel needs new management, new technology new furniture etc . Absolutely terrible experience , seems like everyone that night had trouble either with reservations not being acknowledged or incorrectly booked . I booked a 2 double queen instead got a 1 king bed, no towels to shower with and was told I’ll be contacted 8 PM at night with the actual room I booked(which did not happen) . There were flies all over the front desk reception area , a garbage rooms with trash filled all the way up to the ceiling ."
