This side of the duplex has an open & sunny 1st floor with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room & bathroom with a washer/dryer. All 3 upstairs guest rooms include a very comfortable bed, dresser, chair, working area/desk, TV w/ Hulu & Netflix in each room, extra pillows, towels & linens. Each guest room has a security keypad with a unique code that is only good for your stay.
