"Overall, the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived the A/C in the dining room area had been out for days and finally was repaired after being there 4 days. Our room A/C worked great. Except for that, the rating was 4.5 stars. "

"When you first walked into room, it looked very clean. Then I noticed an odor. Bed was raised high therefore making sitting on bed uncomfortable. Bed had plastic sheet taped to it with duck tape under bedsheet that kept coming off in corner. The fridge/freezer wasn’t defrosted. The wall next to the other bed had a huge hole in it. Bathtub was filthy and I saw the housekeeper and she apologized and took care of the matter quickly. Years ago I stayed here and it was very nice and I assumed it...

"Very clean, pleasant owners. The front entry to the building needs some decor, looks almost abandoned when we first drove in. Furniture is a bit rough, but newer beds and bedding and very clean, good room service. Could be a little more generous on the towels and cloths provided. Only one per person of each, though additional provided when asked.
