Welcome to Clover Hill Studio Unit. Milton is a small rural town 40 minutes South of Dunedin City, 15 mins to Dunedin International Airport, 12 minutes to numerous Beaches & the gateway to: Central Otago, The Catlins & The Southern Scenic Route. We are also situated on the new Otago Gold Cycle Trail.
Perfect for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers.
Located on a quiet 5 acre lifestyle block. Feed the pet sheep, pat the working dogs & meet Chocky and Rosies our Friendly cats.
Fully self contained studio, detached from main house, with a Garden outlook.

Very comfortable, well appointed and great location
Really enjoyed our stay, the property was comfortable, provided everything we needed plus some nice extra goodies. It was located in a pleasant town with a good supermarket that was open when those in nearby towns were not, and provided easy access to the beautiful Catlin Coast. Our hosts were warm and welcoming.
