Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. "A stunning hotel with impeccable service, although the clientele tends to be more flashy than representative of “quiet luxury.” The service at the hotel’s Anciovi restaurant could be improved. Despite clearly requesting non-alcoholic cocktails, we were served alcoholic drinks instead. Rosso and the breakfasts, however, were fabulous, and the valet service was truly exceptional. Special mention goes to Gregory at the concierge desk, who provided exceptionally attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay."
