This fabulous New Vacation Home is located in the coastal community of Millville By The Sea and features three seasonal outdoor pools, community fitness center, clubhouse, game room, kid pool, tennis/bocce/ pickle ball court walking trails, playground, and beach shuttle to Bethany Beach. Enjoy a round of golf just a short distance away. Spend quality time with your family visiting the Barn Hill Preserve, the Assawoman Wildlife Area, and the Bear Trap Dunes Golf Course. This coastal escape is located just 4 miles from Bethany Beach and only about 15 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick Island, where you'll have endless opportunities to explore and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Immerse yourself in the coastal charm, indulge in local cuisine, and create lasting memories. After a day of adventure, you can relax in the comfort of this vacation home. The 3 bedrooms provide peaceful havens for a restful night's sleep, and the 2.5 bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. The home has two floors. On the first floor is a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, electric stove, and garbage disposal. There is a large kitchen island with seating, and adjacent dining and living room areas. A half bath powder room is also on the first floor. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a full master bathroom with a shower stall, water closet, and double vanity sinks. The second floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds, and the other has two twin beds. There is a second floor full bathroom with a shower/tub. Internet WIFI and Smart ROKU TVs are provided. Ample private yard space can be found in the back of the home where you can grill your favorite meal and relax in the sun. Complimentary beach chairs, beach accessories, and games can be found in the storage shed in the back yard. There is free parking available for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway can fit 2 cars. There is a side street parking area that is available for one additional car if needed. The garage that is not available for guests to use. Shuttle Service through the Millville by the Sea community runs Thursday through Monday from 10 am to 10 pm. Shuttle will begin at 10 am at the Lifestyle Center Clubhouse and run through 10 stops. There is a stop within walking distance to this property. Information regarding the live tracking of the shuttle will be provided. The Millville by the Sea community has a wide variety of excellent optional amenities. Renters receive up to eight wristbands and one keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, fitness center, three community pool, kiddie pool, pickle ball courts, and beach shuttle for the duration of their visit. All wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 5 to access the amenities. Children five & under are not required to wear a wristband. There is a replacement fee of $75 for each lost wristband and $75 for lost key fobs. This is what the community charges the owner to replace these items. Please note that some amenities are seasonal: Memorial Day-Labor Day (Pools, Beach Shuttle, etc). To finalize/confirm the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed and received by the owner. You will be contacted by the owner with pre-arrival and check-in information once your reservation is confirmed. This will include welcome information, guest instructions, and other helpful information to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Other Important Basic Information: Check in after 3:00 pm. Check out before 11:00 am. Maximum number of guests at any time is 8. Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No pets, No smoking! Linens and towels are not included with your reservation.
