"Absolutely loved our stay. So many amazing views to see. So much amazing food. Cute small shops. Everything is a bit of a drive away but that’s the best part, the peaceful atmosphere. The little lizards and other critters that come visit are so cute as well. 100% will come back again"

"This is our 2nd trip to the mountain cabin, and it will not be our last. Everything is perfectly set for a relaxing, easy and comfortable stay. We absolutely love how private it is, and the views from each side of the house. Our favorite spot is the fantastic back porch overlooking the mountains. Patty is very responsive and helpful with anything we need. We've stayed in several different rentals around Asheville (and in other cities/states), and this is definitely our favorite."

"The view was gorgeous, very quiet and isolated and loved the swing on the porch. I spent all of my time there if we were at the cabin. The cabin was clean but is dated. It smells old upon entering and could use some updates such as bathroom. "We came to the area on a road trip from Ontario, Canada to see The Pretty Place and do some hiking. This is a great location for all of that. Everything is relatively close by. You can sit on the deck in the early morning and early evening and watch the deer that came out everyday. We will definitely consider this place again and would highly recommend to anyone"

"The cabin is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the bedroom. The cabin is very close to Hwy 64 which makes getting around easy but in exchange there is quite a bit of traffic noise. The traffic noise is the only thing that made me give the “location and neighborhood” 3 start. Also, the steps really need a handrail. The walkway from the steps to the front door are perfectly adequate but the steps are a little steep. A little bit of something to hang...

No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
