We were celebrating Christmas early with a tour of the Biltmore house. The home was nice place to stay after our 9:30 pm tour. Plenty of room for everyone!
My son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter stayed in this house for three nights. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. This house has all high end finishes. We were very impressed. Nate responded to any questions we had ask quickly. I definitely will stay there agian. The house is larger and nicer than the pictures and descriptions listed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.
We had an amazing time at this property celebrating my brother who is getting married in October. We made some unforgettable memories together by the screened in fire, enjoying the cooler evenings. Such a beautiful home! About a half hour to downtown/brewery scene, but there are some local breweries about 15 minutes in each direction. The hosts were very responsive to my questions upon checking in.
We were all saddened when Sunday morning came and we all had to go back to where we came from. I (and others) will definitely be visiting Asheville area again soon.
This property was beautiful, warm and welcoming, and totally accommodating!! We loved everything about it. There were 4 of us (2 parents/2 teens) and there was enough room for many more! We were there for 4 days the first week of October - the weather and scenery exceptional! Nate and Tiffany were excellent hosts, and Nate was GREAT providing information about the local attractions and things to see and do! There are fine folks at the bottom of the hill running the Provision Store and Coffee/Artist Shop who are happy to visit and share local stories. All-in-all, a fabulous trip! We won the lottery with this home!
Pros… With 8 people in our group this house was spacious for all.
Clean and well kept with very nice kitchen.
Bedrooms were very comfortable too.
Close enough to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure and Hendersonville for easy trips.
Cons… Nice towels provided but access to more would be nice.
Like every other vaca home I’ve visited in this area, WiFi sucks.
If you want to stay in a nice upscale home, this one may fit the bill. I would stay again.
Everything about this rental was excellent. The house is gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked, the beds incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a fire in the great room both days. Perfect set up for a weekend gathering of dear friends, great food and a warm fire. We will try and come back next year. Thank you to the owners for prompt communication and clear instructions concerning the property.
Rented the home for a bachelorette weekend and it easily accommodated 10 girls (sleeping and parking). All the beds are a full size, so putting two to a bed was a little tough but possible! We did drive to Asheville a lot and it was a 30 minute drive which was advertised as such, but not ideal if you plan to go frequently. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. A few items that would be nice to haves for future guests: 1) Drapes/blinds in the room - woken up by the sunrise every morning. 2) more kitchen items (platters, serving bowls, pitchers, enough wine glasses for 10 people, dish towels). Overall a very pleasant stay! The house was clean, the hosts were VERY responsive and accommodating. We were out and about most of the weekend and wish we had more time to enjoy the house, sit on the porch and enjoy the fireplace!
