"Loved the location and the views from this lake front cottage. Plenty of room for my husband, me and my two dogs. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no a/c. We have had some pretty hot steamy weather this year and so I was a bit concerned that would be an issue, but luckily for us it did cool down a bit and it wasn't a problem. Plenty of fans and a whole house ceiling fan to draw out the hot air was suffice. But it definitely didn't take away from the relaxation and serenity. They even had a water station set up for our pups. All the amenities you could ask for in a cottage. This, with all the friendly people, and so many outdoor activities around the island, we are definitely going to be coming back!!"

"Pros-Beautiful scenery with river off balcony. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons- Stains throughout carpet, furniture dated , mattress was old and lumpy. When I started the water for the bathtub , a huge clump.of hair came floating from drain, it'was really gross. Towels- there were 3 small bath towels available for 2 of us to use over 2 days- advise to bring your own.towels. For the price, it was acceptable with great location and view. "
