"The apartment was nice. Kitchen fully stocked. City centre location so was very noisy at night until 4am one night. The room also isn’t pitch black even with the curtains drawn. Could do with blinds. Floor was quite greasy and sticky so had to wear shoes the whole time. Checkout process was easy and quick. Parking was a nightmare. There’s a car park opposite the apartments but you have to pay and it’s very limited because it’s free after 8:30pm. Always fully packed. Had to park around the corner...

"Had a whole holiday cottage to myself for the price of a hotel room. Really generous and varied breakfast provisions, with spacious kitchen and dining area to enjoy it in. With a washing machine and airer in the property, I was able to get a load of washing done overnight, as the cottage was really warm. The only negative was the WiFi, which I found very poor, and phone signal is limited too."

"Check in was busy but the 2 reception guys were very efficient. Room was a little tired and very cold - couldn’t work out how to turn the aircon off and the light system was complicated. I ate in the Lounge Bar and the staff there were great, felt I couldn’t hear myself over the music - was quite loud. Food was fantastic! Didn’t sleep very well!! Breakfast was brilliant- wanted to say thank you to a fantastic member of staff that assisted me, went out of her way to find out allergen information as I have coeliac- thank you so much Sarah - you were amazing!
