"We just needed a place to stay after a late night nearby so we selected this hotel. The check in process was terrific and staff was great. We got inside to the rooms and it was very good. Clean, no smells, air was already on for us (I think) bathroom was easy to use. The breakfast the next morning was terrific--more than just cereal!
I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful space but bathroom was rather small and only one mirror was usable which was difficult with 4 people trying to get ready in the morning. Very poor lighting overall and the room was rather dark even in the day hours. Pool was not open the three days we visited so we didn’t experience that amenity. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as there are many food options nearby for better prices."

"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"
