"We enjoyed our stay at the loft apartment thoroughly. There were six adults staying, in three bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms and one detached. The apartment is a renovated top floor, with quirky details, marvellous natural light from skylights, and lots of open shared living space. We were joined one afternoon by the rest of our family, including a toddler, and had lots of room for all. Response to any questions was immediate and helpful. Our family will definitely look to return."

"An exceptional experience! We just stayed at Bentley's for two nights while in town for the Stratford Festival and some local shopping and sight-seeing. We couldn't stop talking about how great it was: the location is right in the middle of everything but we didn't hear ANY noise from the bar/resto, the street or the folks staying next door. The room had a lovely layout over two floors and just the amenities we needed -- we could have comfortably stayed here for a week or two easily. The staff were awesome: very helpful/accommodating with parking. The room was clean (and cleaned) and renovated recently so felt nice and crisp. And we had a lovely late-night meal at the restaurant the first night which was perfect, we just crawled upstairs afterward. We'll be recommending it to our friends and definitely plan to stay next time we have an itch for world-class Shakespeare."

"So we ended up in the Corner King room which I do recommend because it's isolated on the 3rd floor sort of away from noise and also with nobody above us or around us. AC was fine but wasn't well placed in the room. It was right in front of the window which was strange. Front desk was fine and pretty efficient with check-in and explaining the process. The room was pretty good but doesn't have any extras."

"The room was perfect. Clean and roomy. The bed was good the bedding soft and the towels super soft and fluffy. The daily breakfast was great. I'm a fan of the scrambles eggs and each day a different meat option...bacon, sausage patties or peameal bacon!! Please get some Tetley or Red Rose tea though please. The restaurant B55, downstairs, is pretty good. Fair prices for a hotel. Location was perfect for the Farmers Market. Note...we got parked at the market in the grounds...just be patient as people are constantly coming and going and we scored close spots. The only things we would have like was the pool warmer..it was cold!!! We did speak to an attendant. A small table in the room to eat at would have been nice and a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang things on as you need the existing hooks by the shower to hang your towel. Great stay and would stay again."

"About 15 minutes from downtown Stratford and the Stratford Festival sites, this no frills but well kept hotel is a nice, low cost alternative for those attending the Festival. Our room was clean and comfortable with decent space. Being an older building without significant updates, there were no USB ports and my side of our king-sized bed had no electric outlets at all. Doors still use actual keys instead of a card system, and there’s no elevator to the second floor, which my aging knees could have used. But if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to just sleep and plop your stuff while you explore the Festival just down the road, the Shakespeare Inn might be your place."
