"Wonderful location for a cottage with perfect access to the outdoors. Great that kayaks were available from the rental business. Rustic building, no door on the freezer, but once we knew what was what, which was unfortunately on the second day of our stay, it was perfect. Unfortunately I didn't get a response about the Sandbanks pass number when I requested it a week before our stay so there were no reservations available at Outlet Beach."

"All was great other than that we were charged for using Kayaks and paddle boat. When after the trip I aske the host, they said we should have been charged and they will pay our money back, but I have been still waiting to receive my money back for Kayaks etc. I will update my review and put comment in reviews as soon as the host pay our Kayaks and paddle boat money back."

"Turn key. The hosts have thought of everything. Smooth self check in, booklet about the cottage answers any questions you may have. Great screened in seating area. Harwood winery is walking distance and they have great wines and pizza. Highly recommended this place. "

"Lia was the perfect host, greeting us, outlining how our VRBO worked and responded to all requests professionally. Quiet, clean, good beds, linens, towels, etc. Fridge a bit small so we brought coolers. Not on the main drag, so we enjoyed the Bird sanctuary, Pt Petre for hikes, birding and daily swims. We were hoping for more from Picton and Wellington, but loved our refuge with Lia and tasting their wine. A delight"
