Had you booked direct with us you could have requested a downstairs room with a walk-in shower instead of the spa room that you booked online.We have a restaurant on-site so do not supply microwave or toaster but will supply them if requested.

Lovely people running the place but poor lady at reception doesn't handle pressure too well. Booked out on a Tuesday so obviously popular. Good job I was in room on my own as bathroom door would not close. Only a minor issue however & will stay again next time in Mildura.

The property was very clean and the room was spacious. The only problem that I encountered was that as the Motel was full that week, parking spaces were sometimes at a premium. I was lucky to get a spot each night but if the spaces were allocated to each room it would make it easier. Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend this motel at anytime.

Very welcoming and nice management. The room was so clean and comfortable. We were in Mildura for a wedding at Club Da Vinci, so perfect location. Also directly oppistie to any retail needed! Would go back there for sure!!

ALL our rooms have fridges in them. We supply mugs, spoons. tea and coffee. We do not supply plates as there is a restaurant on site, however, we are happy to supply additional cutlery or crockery if people ask for them. No motel is sound proof. We have checked the shower taps and they appear to be in good working order.

There is not a score low enough! All I wanted was a quick local get away where I could relax and have a spa! I booked using a 3rd party, WOTIF. Upon arrival I was berated as to why I was using a 3rd party and that I am better off booking direct. We were advised we weren't to have any guests which I quipped that I was hoping to see no-one I just wanted to stay in my room. Upon arrival in our room, which was supposed to be a king bed with a spa, I mentioned to my husband that I didn't think it was a king bed and quickly jumped into the spa, because it is all I had been thinking about. Whilst in the spa, I checked my booking to ensure it was supposed to be a King bed and got in touch with WOTIF to confirm. I was asked by the agent if I had been in touch with reception, to which I replied I had not as I had received the 3rd degree upon checking in. Within a couple of minutes the GM John appeared at our door with attitude to why I hadn't directly been to see them; he said that he would black list us because now he would have to clean two rooms. I told him I'd happily stay in the room I was in, but I'd paid more for a king room so if he'd refund the difference, which he would not. In which case I said we'd have the other room, all this whilst I was standing there in nothing but a towel. John was going to move us rooms with me in my towel!! I began to feel uncomfortable and bullied and left with no refund, within less than one hour of arrival. Not happy and do NOT recommend!

I didn't like the lecture I received about how I booked in. They clearly didn't understand why I booked the way I did after I tried to explain. I also was very disappointed that ammenities that were listed as part of their offer - were no longer available - specifically FOXTEL. Had been removed during lock down (understandable) but not re-instated. Even though it is still promoted. They took no responsibility in advertising it - without delivering it.

was not told until arrived that it would be an upstirs room and that car parking is not reserved. With the trade goods I carry it was a problem. Also had to park on the street at one point as no parks were available. Room had glass doors so all traffic from the main road was heard, and I am not a light sleeper. AC unit was very old and noisy and should be replaced.

On our website you can clearly see that three of our room Q/s spa rooms are located upstairs, had you contacted us directly we could have possibly allocated you a downstairs room alternatively you could have requested it via Expedia website. We have sufficient parking spaces for all rooms, however, they are not numbered.

I visited this motel with my husband almost a year ago and we both really liked it. People were wonderful and we both were excited to visit them again. This time I made a reservation with Expedia because there was a good promotion. To my surprise a front desk lady told me that she doesn't have a room for this prize, only a spa room with additional fee. I told her that my reservation was for spa room. All the sudden she rudely replied to me that I have to call Expedia to solve it. Then hotel owner told me that its my fault that I made a reservation with an American company (?!) not Australian one and they both tried to get rid of me. To my shock both of them were racist (I have a strong accent) and asking me if I made a dodgy payment using foreign card. I almost resign but my reservation was non refundable so I just said that I can pay this extra 30$. I'm shocked how they treated me for so little money, and I'M NOT ASKING FOR DISCOUNT or anything. I'm just warning foreigners and people making reservation with Expedia to stay away from this motel...Me and my husband we won't come back for sure

I would like to apologize for the confusion regarding your booking, however, you were allocated a Q/s room + spa and were not charged an additional $30. It was suggested that you contact Expedia (when you asked for a refund) as you had paid them direct. I and all my staff take issue with the racist allegation as we welcome people of all nationalities and have never had a problem prior to this and think that it says more about your prejudices than ours.

Ok the room was fine ,the office people very nice,the only thing is the room was a little cold .The reason I think was the night air was that cold the split system was freezing up, i would stay again
