Motel was in a good location and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner didn't work, no soap in shower dispenser, rubbish in bins , bathroom light didn't work and car parking was difficult in very small parks.

Our room needed a lot more cleaning! The cleaning service very clearly doesn’t move anything when they clean, the floor was dusty, the shower door did not close, the A/C was leaking inside and the floor was wet there was also no forks and multiple dirty knives. Otherwise room was easy to find, beds are comfy and convenient when travelling.

Great Place to stay
This is the best finance friendly place to stay in Mildura. The lady on reception is AMAZING and alway more than happy to accommodate even the smallest of requests! Always with a smile and great to chat to! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurant is open again and the food is nice!

Glad it was only for 1 night
Very tired looking room. Sofa has seen better days, tap in bathroom needs fixing was wobbly. Old fixtures in bathroom need removing from the walls. Glad it was for only 1 night stopover would not have wanted to stay any longer as not an inviting room to stay in.

The air conditioning was loud the fire alarm ketp going of every 20 minutes Sheets where dirty on the big bed One of the small beds had a dip in the middle Toilet seat was broken Shower door did not close properly Was not happy i left in the middle of the night

The property was ok and front house staff was great, but there was no room cleaning service even though service tag was chosen on the door daily. There were pigeons above my air con and i can hear them all night. Chairs were broken. TV remote was not functional.

The sheets appeared to have not been changed from the previous travellers . There weee hairs and stuff in the bed and the sheets were crumpled and creased . Mould in the shower. I will not be returning

Hi Peter this is the first we have heard of this did you report this to reception ,if you did you would have been moved to another room immediately. The dates you stayed reception was open until 8.00pm ,after 8.00pm you could called our after hours number. Our records show that you checked in before 6.00pm.I would suggest that you actually report these things to staff if you want them fixed ,Cheers

I found the noise of the cars and trucks during the night and early hours of the morning quite disturbing. The bathroom needed a good bleach. It wasn't clean enough.

The settee in the room needs replacing and the toilet paper is in an inconvenient spot but apart from that everything was good. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet even though the rooms all seemed to be occupied
