This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was disgusting. There were metal pipes and other random parts stored in the closets. One of the beds squeaked so loudly throughout the night that it kept my entire family up. When we tried to call the front desk the phone did not work. The shower was full of mold. Do not stay at this hotel.

We did not feel safe. Front door of facility remained open, appeared to be broken glass door. No on siite personnel. Loud area and neighboring room all night and early morning long. No warm water, only cold water. Inside Main room closet was an unfinished kitchen like structure with wat appeared to be under construction condition.

Friendly, Economic, and Close to Malpensa Airport
This hotel suited our family of six well. We stayed in one of their larger rooms that was off-site from the main check-in area. This was not a problem even though we didn't have a vehicle because they were very helpful and expeditious with taking us where we needed to go in their shuttle. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. It is not far from Malpensa airport and a nice breakfast was included.

Good stopover hotel
This is an annexe to the main hotel.Very large adequate rooms. Good breakfast.

Good hotel near airport
Good place to stay - value for money wise. The Room is clean and big. The downside is the fact that its a bit far from the hotel itself. Good enough if youn have a car and the fact that there is no elavator for carrying luggage - a bit of a workout...

needing more
Clean spacious family suit that needed a little more. First we had to check-in at another hotel. Address provided was not complete and it took sometime to locate. There was no refrigerator or microwave which forced us to eat out during our stay. Also we unable to contact to the wifi.

We enjoyed the convenience of having 2 rooms, we would have preferred having at least one queen size bed instead of 5 twin size beds. Also was tough getting everyone up and out to the Tre Leone Hotel for the breakfast. A little more on that, The Tre Leone Hotel is located a few minutes away by car, that is where one has to go to check in and for the complimentary breakfast. This was not clear during the reservation process but someone else mentioned it in their review as well. The staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel restaurant was nice as well. For our purposes it was fine, we have family in the area and needed space to sleep, it was convenient to the airport as well and it was clean and nice enough that we would probably use it again although my children preferred the Hotel itself but it can only accommodate 3 people or less per room.

Malpensa overnight on a budget
If you have to stay overnight for Malpensa flights this is as good as it gets at low cost. Unless you can afford the Sheraton there is nothing really close to Malpensa. Its a bit noisy till the late night flights stop. Shuttle is free: Breakfast good.

Ok difficult to find and check in
Finding the hotel was very difficult. There were no signs and the hotel was locked up with no means of access. After about one hour of trying to figure out how to check n we finally discovered they had a sister hotel about 500 m away. We checked in at this hotel and everything was fine from that point. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was nice. The hotel was comfortable enough. I would suggest more details are given upon booking regarding the checking procedure.

Satisfait dans l'ensemble . Il faut spécifié que la Villa Giovanna est une annexe de l'hotel des 3 lions ! Un bip pour le portail serait le bien venu ! Par contre toutes ces voitures stationnées dans la pelouse, c'est une tristesse lorsque vous ouvrez la fenêtre .

A ne plus retenir !!!!!
Problème à la réservation : le descriptif est peu clair : j'ai commis une erreur en commandant une chambre triple. J'ai cependant pu indiquer que nous étions 4 : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Pour autant je n'ai pas reçu de contre indication pour cette réservation alors que l'âge des enfants a été précisé, et qu'il nous fallait 4 lits. Il semblerait selon l'hôtel que ce ne soit pas la première fois que ça arrive ! Bref nous nous sommes retrouvés à 4 pour 3 lits simples !!! Par ailleurs le parking était une véritable catastrophe : des voitures dans tous les sens garées dans l'herbe de la propriété au petit bonheur la chance. 2 serviettes de toilette pour 4. Par ailleurs, le réceptionniste préfère très clairement s'entretenir avec les hommes, les femmes n'ont qu'à se taire ! Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet établissement!

Chambres spacieuses, lits assez confortables et literies propres. Dommage, nous n’avons pas pu dormir car trop de bruits la nuit, les chambres et l’exterieur du bâtiment devraient être mieux entretenues: les rideaux tenaient à moitié, et de la saleté à l’entrée et au sous sol du bâtiment.

Pour les insensibles au bruit surtout!
La chambre était dans une résidence située à 1 km de l'hôtel Tre Leone (comme précisé dans le descriptif), dans un quartier très calme. Pas de personnel dans le bâtiment (distributeur de boissons au sous-sol), ni téléphone dans la chambre pour joindre la réception. Service OK (personnel de l'hôtel accueillant , navette gratuite toutes les 1/2 h pour le transfert de l'hôtel à l'aéroport de Malpensa). Hébergement et confort de la chambre: Appartement sans charme avec 5 lits,WIFI gratuite, TV, mais minuscule cabine de douche dans une salle de bain spacieuse, literie très dure, mauvaise insonorisation par rapport aux chambres voisines, mais surtout des bruits extérieurs de machine (sifflements aigus)à intervalles réguliers dans la nuit.

Ideal als Zwischenstop
Wir suchten eine günstige und saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe Flughafen Malpensa. Und die haben wir definitiv gefunden! Zwar etwas ringhörig aber den Zweck hat die Unterkunft ansonsten prima erfüllt.
