The room was stinky of cigarette smoke like no other. Shower nozzles completely clogged. On the flip side very cute and friendly girl at the reception during the night shift

Do not stay here!!!!!! Complete waste of money

Terrible hotel and terrible system! Our flight got cancelled and we just needed a place for the night and when we got there there was nobody to help us checkin and no internet so we couldn’t even get a taxi back to the airport. Awful experience and provided so much stress for my wife and I.

There was nobody at the desk. Just an automated checkin system that wouldn't let me in. I spent the night on the street because there was nowhere to go and there were no taxis. DON'T STAY HERE.

Could be better - for a little more effort.

I booked this room for few hours before my flight to get some rest. Did not even sleep the night left a bit after midnight. BUT, the reception closes at 22:00 which is fine, but there is no one to contact if anything needed. no room services at night. something to drink or to eat. The room is not comfortable, the bed is horrible, pillows too. Sorry for complaining so much about few hours stay. But it did not leave a good feeling after leaving. still I did not expect much taking the price into consideration. Thank you anyway. The lady at the reception was nice and friendly though.

Il soggiorno è stato ok ma non sono riuscito ad avere la fattura di quanto pagato poiché l"hotel mi ha comunicato di non poterla fare e di richiedere direttamente a hotels.com che però non emette fatture avèndo sede negli stati uniti. Peccato che viaggio per lavoro come dipendente e senza fattura la mia azienda non mi rimborsa nulla, quindi ci ho rimesso di tasca mia tutto l'importo. È incredibile come non si possa trovare una soluzione per farmi avere la fattura ,considerando che con altri gestori di prenotazione (esempio Booking) non ho mai avuto problemi e consentono di farmi avere la fattura anche quando pago on line anticipatamente. Non effettuerà mai piu una prenotazione con trivago/hotels.com

DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!! I booked this property specifically because it says it’s close to the Malpensa Airport and it offers an Airport Shuttle. It is definitely not close, and it cost us 40 euros in an Uber to get there. The person working that night was less than hospitable and wanted to keep our passports overnight because he was too lazy to type the info into the computer as we check in. The enclosed shower wasn’t connected properly as the bathroom was completely flooded after one shower. You couldn’t tell it was leaking until you got out . We had to contain it with all the towels so it didn’t leave the bathroom area. Everything was soaked . The neon sign outside is so bright , it shines under the curtains and lights up the room. This place is not for an experienced traveller like we are.

The rooms smellec like smokers had been in there, a step back into the 70s or 80s, the staff is great. I just dont like to smell smokers or sprays trying to cover it up in the room Im sleeping in, other than that its good.

Welcoming and comfortable

Welcoming hotel; friendly staff. Clean comfortable (great shower) and quiet rooms. Excellent pick-up service from Airport with easy communication. Easy onward connections (train) in the local town (Vergiate) into Milan or to lake Maggiore. Recommend.

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter les iles du lac Majeur, à 30 km par la nationale environ 1h et le lac de Come à 45 km environ 1h aussi. Petite structure pour ceux qui n'aiment pas la foule.

Nice, but can’t walk from Malpensa airport

I picked this hotel because it said that it was near Malpensa Airport. Well, it’s closer to Malpensa (15km) than the center of Milan ( 55 km or so), but it is not that close. It cost me €40 to get there with a taxi. Nevertheless the hotel is quite nice and homey. The staff is very nice and friendly and professional. The town has a church and a pizzeria both of which I went to. I do recommend it but Malpensa Airport is not within walking distance.

piacevole sorpresa

il mio soggiorno in hotel è stato solo di una notte e sono stata ospite dell'albergo in compagnia della mia mamma. Il personale è disponibilissimo e molto cordiale. mi hanno riservato una bella stanza, grande, ben organizzata e pulitissima., molto silenziosa con un bel bagno con doccia idromassaggio. nel set di cortesia ho apprezzato molto le ciabattine di spugna e la linea bagno all'aloe . la colazione è a buffet,c'è un distributore di acqua e succhi di frutta ed uno di bevande calde. nel buffet sono disponibili Cereali, biscotti, fette biscottate di vario tipo, tutte in confezioni monodose , che mi piacciono molto sia per evitare gli sprechi, sia per garantirne la fragranza. la colazione non era compresa nel prezzo della stanza e l'ho pagata a parte, ma comunque mi è stato applicato il prezzo minore e mi è stato fatto anche uno sconto. In sintesi, sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno , purtroppo breve . ci ritornerò sicuramente .

Nice hotel too far away.

I searched for a hotel close to Lake Como. This one was no where near it. I arrived by train and the station was quite some distance from the town. There is no taxi service. I have a foot condition called plantar fasciitis which makes it very difficult to walk. I had to walk into town. A woman helped me get transportation to the hotel which was a good distance outside the town. The staff person was not friendly at all. The next morning I inquired about transportation to the rail station. I was informed there was none. After walking about half way, a local picked me and my two suitcases up and took me to the station. With no one at the station on duty, I had no idea which train to take so relied on a teenage girl who gave me wrong information and this led me a great distance out of my way.

Piacevole Sorpresa

Appena arrivati in un parcheggio molto pulito, il check-in è stato velocissimo con personale cordiale. Localizzato in una posizione vicinissima alla autostrada e nello stesso tempo vicina al lago di Varese e all'aeroporto, presenta struttura recente. Sorpresa per la vasca idromassaggio in camera.

Motel hotel perfetti come base per escursioni,

Personale gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita, doccia spa bellissima, posizione buona per raggiungere i laghi vicini, colazione e sala colazione un po' deludente ma compresa nel pernottamento. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo eccezionale!!!!

Do not book this hotel.

We booked a double room with 3 beds, got a single room with one bed. The room WREAKED of cigarette smoke. Mirrors above, beside and behind the bed lit up like a cheap brothel complete with remote control! SLEAZY suspicious behaviour a few rooms away. Not a suitable place for families with young children. Horrible experience, disgusting place. Felt so uncomfortable, we left 5am the next morning. Avoid at all costs.

Not honored the reservation from hotel.com

the only major concern I have with the hotel is that they do not honer the reservation made through Hotel.com. I made the reservation from hotel.com for 2 night but after reaching to the hotel, I have been told that they dont have the room for me for 2nd night and I will have to check out on 2nd day and they moved me to another hotel. They told me that they have took a reservation of some other party of 4 for 2nd day and are in short of 1 room and that why I have to leave from the hotel for 2nd day. Point is that if Hotel.com have already accepted my reservation for 2 days and have gave me the confirmation for 2 days, then why I have been asked to check out from the hotel for 2nd day. If hotel didnt had the enough rooms available for 2nd party of 4, then they should have rejected there reservation instead of the existing reservation.
