The hotel was lovely, well kept, very clean.Staff were friendly and room was very comfortable and had everything I need. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was close to where I was working,so it was convenient for me, but for tourists it is not central.

10-15min walk to the metro station and you can go to Duomo or any other place. Area is safe and close to McDonalds,Lidl,Euro spin. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There was rotting trim in the bathroom, the shower was poorly maintained or installed. Room service wasn't performed when it was promised and when the staff was informed they were rude. The room keys constantly (at least once a day) demagnetized even though we were careful to keep them away from other magnetic items.
